Experience:ExperiencedSecurity Clearance Level:Public Trust (NACI)Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a businessDefine and validate the business needs of various stakeholders to ensure project successDetermine solutions to problem areas that have been identified or may be identified in the performance of the projectEvaluate potential solutions to ensure they meet business needs and comply with government regulationsAssist in the management of change as new systems and processes are implementedGather and define business requirements from stakeholders and other relevant actorsAnalyze requirements from stakeholders and convert them into detailed project specificationsOversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they deliver the expected benefitsFacilitate communication between the team to ensure clear understanding and effective implementationConduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed systems to determine their viabilityAnalyze project data to ensure alignment with business objectives and reporting on project status to stakeholdersProvide budgeting and forecasting for the teamProvide planning and monitoring supportProvide financial model(s) and map out processes to identify opportunities for improvementProvide variance analysisProvide pricing and reporting supportConduct market analysesRequired Skills and ExperienceOutstanding communication skillsAn ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing prioritiesA strong background in process modeling and data analysis5+ years of experience with requirements gathering techniques5+ years of experience with business process reengineering and improvement techniquesPrevious federal government experience supporting IT requirements elicitationProfessional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional ExperienceFive (5) years of professional experienceDesired experiencePrevious experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal EducationBA/BS degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES: SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications.
