With our products and services, our mission is to assist foot and ankle surgeons in improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs, while providing rewarding experiences and opportunities for our employees and stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe HCP Process & Systems Manager is responsible for supporting Treace interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by overseeing and managing processes related to these interactions. The role ensures compliance with relevant regulations, optimizes operational workflows, and aligns activities with the company’s objectives and Medical Education program goals.Key Tasks:HCP Engagement ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the creation and management of HCP engagements for Marketing and R&D labs. Organize HCP engagement-related databases and ensure proper compliance documentation is in place for all activities. Compliance and DocumentationEnsure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Obtain and maintain necessary documentation for HCP expense processing. Monitor the accuracy and compliance of HCP expense reports and reimbursements, adhering to company guidelines. Process OptimizationDefine, implement, and refine processes to improve workflow efficiency in HCP-related operations. Work cross-functionally to drive consistent and compliant execution of medical education and HCP-focused programs. Collaboration and AlignmentPartner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, clinical affairs, sales) to ensure alignment on key business processes. Maintain Med Ed systems data to assure its accuracy and integrity, providing analytics to enhance department efficiency. Event Support and LogisticsAssist in the planning and logistics of surgeon training and medical education events, including travel arrangement scheduling and reconciliation of travel expenses. Concur travel bookings for attendees and reconcile receipts for accuracy. Compliance Committee ApprovalsTrack Management Compliance Committee approvals and communicate relevant information to all parties. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in sciences or related fields is strongly preferred; in lieu of degree, HS Diploma plus minimum of 7 years Medical Education, event planning, or project coordination experience required Minimum of 5 years of combined Professional Education program/event management, Sales & Marketing, project management or related experience required Experience with event planning and HCP admin software including Quickbase, CVENT, MedCompli, or similar required.
