As a Sleep Tech, you will play a vital role in conducting sleep studies and polysomnographic testing to diagnose and treat sleep disorders in patients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of a sleep specialist. Set up and monitor sleep studies, including attaching electrodes and sensors to patients. Score sleep studies and provide accurate and detailed reports to physicians. Educate patients on sleep study procedures and equipment. Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of sleep study equipment. Qualifications Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sleep Tech. Proficiency in conducting overnight sleep studies.
