This role will serve as a key delivery partner responsible for advancing analytics, systems, and data enablement initiatives that drive operational insight and scalability across the business.You will collaborate closely with EHS leadership, data engineering, and platform teams to ensure EHS systems, data, and workflows are reliable, governed, and built for enterprise use. This role will play a critical part in high-impact initiatives including EHS system stabilization (Procore), predictive analytics development, executive reporting, and enterprise platform implementations such as ServiceNow.Position can be based remotely or at any of our U.S. locationsEssential Job FunctionsLead execution of EHS systems stabilization efforts, including identifying and resolving data and configuration inconsistenciesSupport governance and standardization of EHS workflows, ensuring alignment with defined data standards and business logicPartner with platform owners (e.g., Procore, ServiceNow) to maintain system integrity and scalable configurationsSupport development and enhancement of EHS executive dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics toolsTranslate operational EHS needs into clear data, reporting, and system requirementsPartner with data engineering teams to support data pipelines, quality, and reporting reliabilityPerform QA and validation of analytics outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trustHelp define and implement governance and change management processes for EHS systems and analyticsTrack adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve system usage and data qualityIdentify process gaps, system risks, and opportunities to reduce technical or system debtSupport development of documentation, standards, and operating proceduresAct as a cross-functional liaison between EHS, IT, data engineering, and operations teamsPartner with regional stakeholders to drive consistency in system usage and data entry practicesSurface dependencies across adjacent initiatives and support alignment across teamsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and operational efficiencyPerform additional duties as assigned by managementJob RequirementsEducation & Experience2+ years of experience in analytics, systems enablement, operations analytics, or a related disciplineExperience supporting enterprise or multi-regional systems or analytics implementationsBackground in EHS ideally within construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other operational environments strongly preferredCore CapabilitiesStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutionsAbility to translate operational workflows into data, reporting, and system requirementsComfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving processes and incomplete documentationStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersTechnical & Analytical SkillsExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Procore, ServiceNow, or equivalent systemsUnderstanding of data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle conceptsWorking knowledge of how data flows from source systems to reporting and analytics layersAbility to partner effectively with data engineering teamsAdditional StrengthsUnderstanding of EHS workflows or regulated operational environments preferredExperience supporting change management, system adoption, and process standardizationAbility to balance enterprise-level rigor with practical field adoptionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands And Special RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
