This position requires fluency in both English and a second language to effectively communicate with and assist customers from various linguistic backgrounds. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. By resolving issues promptly and accurately, the role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and retention, fostering positive relationships that support the company's reputation and growth.
