Bindery Folder OperatorLocation: Brooklyn Park, MN, 55428Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd (Monday-Friday)Job Type: Full-TimeENPOINTE is seeking a skilled Bindery Folder Operator to join our growing Bindery/Finishing team. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and maintain folding machines to deliver high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications and production deadlines. What You'll DoOperate and set up bindery folding machines (Stahl, MBO, Heidelberg, or equivalent).Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.Inspect folded materials to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as jams, misfeeds, or material defects.Record production data, including output, material use, and downtime.Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required.1+ year experience operating folding or bindery equipment (preferred).Ability to read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and folding diagrams.Knowledge of common fold types (parallel, accordion, gate, double parallel).Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed. Preferred SkillsExperience with additional bindery equipment (cutters, stitchers, collators).Familiarity with digital printing and finishing processes.
