Program Analyst
Green Expert Technology (GreenXT) is seeking a Program Analyst to support our Navy customers’ technical programs with the planning, management, and coordination of projects/tasking, resources, and schedules.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Project Leads or Program Leads
Develop and maintain tracking sheets, purchase order tracking, material tracking, advisories tracking, and other similar items
Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans/schedules
Track weekly team action items
Assist with the development and maintenance of onsite shipboard support schedules and travel schedules
Provide configuration management support of technical data using Shared Drives or SharePoint tools
Assist with the development and updating of technical training materials and presentations
Provide analysis support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
1-2 years of experience in administrative support role
Records Management experience is preferred
Functional knowledge Navy Ship Change Documents is preferred
Experience installing software for Windows Operating Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point and MS Project
Must be a capable of working within a team or individually
