Founding Forward Deployed Engineer | Generative AISan Francisco | $200,000–$255,000 + meaningful equityAn exceptional opportunity to join a seed-funded AI startup as one of its earliest hires.Working directly with the founders, you will help shape both the product and the customer deployment function—taking cutting-edge AI research out of the lab and putting it to work inside some of the world’s largest manufacturers.You will:• Build and ship production-grade full-stack solutions• Lead deployments with Fortune 500 customers from discovery to go-live• Embed AI agents into complex procurement and supply-chain operations• Influence the core product through direct customer insight• Build the deployment playbook from the ground up• Travel internationally to work alongside customers in Europe and AsiaWe are looking for an outstanding engineer with 1–5 years’ experience who combines strong technical ability with excellent customer-facing skills. You may currently be a Forward Deployed Engineer, Deployment Engineer or highly technical Solutions Engineer—but you must be able to independently write and ship production code. A background with a fast growth start-up or forward deployed role. No big tech backgrounds.
