Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent), you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting the Controls Management Portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Power Platform-TCOO (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $70 - $75 What's the Job? Lead and contribute to complex technical initiatives within Java/Spring Boot and front-end frameworks like Angular and React. Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring high quality and adherence to enterprise standards. Support and enhance Power Platform applications, including PowerApps and Power Automate, to streamline business processes. Act as a technical architect and developer, communicating effectively with both business and IT teams. Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. What's Needed? 4+ years of software engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot. Experience with front-end development using Angular and/or React. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Strong SQL Server development skills, including complex queries and stored procedures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. What's in it for me?
