Technical Air Products – Belmont, MI Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-FridayTechnical Air Products manufactures custom cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, healthcare, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing customers. We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Panel & Controls Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels and components used in our custom equipment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and wire electrical control panels and subassemblies from schematics and prints.Install components such as relays, breakers, terminal blocks, power supplies, sensors, and switches.Perform wire stripping, crimping, labeling, and soldering as needed.Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues.Maintain accurate material usage and report shortages.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Assist in other production areas as needed.Qualifications2+ years of electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel building experience.Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.Physical RequirementsStand for 8–10 hours per day.Lift up to 50 lbs.Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.Why Join TAP?Competitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOStable, growing company with opportunities to learn and advanceIf you enjoy hands-on electrical work and take pride in building quality products, we’d love to hear from you.
