Overview Under direct supervision operate the hospital telecommunications center, maintain a smooth and effective flow of external/internal communications and perform guest relation functions. Responsibilities Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience requiredAt least 6 months of switchboard operations and/or experience as an information receptionist preferredExcellent communication and public relations skillsTyping proficiency of at least 30 words per minuteBasic computer skills, including the ability to compose and send emailsAbility to transport items using a cart (e.g., delivering flowers to patient rooms)Ability to assist with patient and visitor transport, including pushing wheelchairsCommitment to and adherence to Talent+ standardsEssential: Competencies Skills Knowledge Of Office Equipment Clear Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal Knowledge Of Basic Computer Programs Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members Able To Withstand Crisis Situations Has Skills to Provides Customer Service to Patients, Team Members and Visitors Experience With Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Etc.
