From full album cycles to brand campaigns, product launches, and experiential shoots, our work lives at the intersection of story, strategy, and execution.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who has strong visual taste, understands brand systems, and can execute clean, thoughtful design across a wide range of deliverables. This role is for someone who can move quickly without cutting corners and who cares deeply about craft.What You’ll Do+ Design & Creative ExecutionDesign across brand identities, campaign systems, social assets, web, merch, packaging, and presentationsExecute both big-picture creative concepts and detail-driven production designTranslate creative direction into polished, on-brand deliverablesAdapt design systems across multiple platforms and formats + Brand & Campaign SupportContribute to the development and evolution of brand identitiesDesign assets for full campaign rollouts (social, paid, web, email, print, OOH)Ensure consistency across all brand touchpointsSupport album cycles, product launches, and experiential moments+ CollaborationWork closely with creative directors, strategists, account managers, and production teamsReceive and apply feedback thoughtfully and efficientlyParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and concept development+ Production & OrganizationPrepare files for print, digital, and production useMaintain organized working files and handoff-ready deliverablesManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously+ What We’re Looking For2–5+ years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, typography, layout, and campaign workExcellent typographic and layout skills with a refined design sensibilityAbility to work across multiple brands and aestheticsComfortable moving fast while maintaining high standardsStrong attention to detail and consistencyTools & SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Working knowledge of Figma (web and digital layouts)Experience designing for social and digital platformsBasic understanding of print production and file setupMotion or animation experience (After Effects) is a plus, not requiredWhat This Role Is NotNot a junior or purely production-only roleNot a single-brand in-house designer positionNot a slow or siloed creative environmentWhy RUNCLUBYou’ll work across high-impact projects in music, lifestyle, wellness, and consumer brandsYou’ll collaborate with a tight, creatively driven teamYou’ll have real influence on how brands look and show up in the worldOpportunity to grow into Senior Designer or Art Director rolesLocation & CompensationNashville-basedFull-time role with compensation based on experienceTo ApplyPlease submit:Portfolio (required)ResumeA brief note on why RUNCLUB feels like the right fit
