Role: Power Apps/Power Platform Developer Number of positions - 1 Location required - Bangalore/Hyd Work model (hybrid/remote/office) - Hybrid, 3 days working Experience level - 6-7 years Duration of project - 6 month, extendable INR Rate/month – INR 1,60,000 - 1,75,000/month Mandatory skills - Power Apps & Power Automate, with extensive use of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse.SME level experience with Power Connectors and API Optional skills We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join the Workplace Integration team to assist in the migration of legacy Domino applications to Power Apps. Working under the guidance of a senior developer, you will assist in designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions using Power Apps & Power Automate, with extensive use of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse. The Power Platform developer will either develop the solution or assist in the technical oversight of delivery to ensure a quality outcome. You will be creating solutions tailored to client business and technical drivers. Participate in the design of solutions, ensuring the requirements are understood and that a technically feasible solution is identified. Ability to gather requirements and convert into solution or application features. Familiarity with agile delivery methodology. Build solutions as directed and required by engagement teams. Identify, extract or develop data points from solutions to monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for further improvement. Integrate data from various backend services and databases. Build solutions in line with web-based technologies including O365, Power Platform and SaaS/PaaS platforms. Good understanding of how APIs and connectors can be practically applied to achieve business outcomes. SME level experience of the specification, creation and delivery of complex PowerApps and Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse and Power Query. SME level experience with Power Connectors and API Experience with presenting apps with effective UI/UX design Driven and motivated to contribute to existing processes in the management of the PowerNAB Centre of Excellence. Project experience with Devops CI/CD using Powershell, PNP, Github, Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with Model-driven app, Canvas app development with Dataverse as database and knowledge on D365 CE - Sales/Service Project Experience with : Plugins, Custom workflow, Power automate flows, Javascript, Jquery, typescript, C# programming Working experience with: Visual studio, Plugin Registration tool, Ribbon workbench, Data migration tools Contributing to the development and maintenance of best practice app development including identifying appropriate technology solutions to business problems. Multiple tasks to manage priorities under tight deadline Highly developed communication and influencing skills Ability to confidently communicate with all levels of management Exposure to multiple project methodologies including Agile Analytical approach to problem investigation, options and recommendations, documentation of findings in a structured way Ability to describe and communicate customers' experiences in the context of impact to the organization Provide professional and ethical behaviour in actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position Ability to work in both support function and delivery as required
