Fractional CTO

Our client is seeking a seasoned technology leader to join on a part‐time basis (2‐3 days per week over six months) with a focus on: Collaborating with the CEO, CCO, and Head of Technology to align the technology roadmap with business priorities Taking full ownership of the entire technology across the business including 5‐6 project streams and business as usual work Review existing technology infrastructure to ensure it supports the transition to a SaaS business aligning the infrastructure with long‐term businessdjectives Establishing delivery structure, processes, and development discipline Leading and mentoring the internal and nearshore teams Enhancing sprint management and agile delivery Providing strategic input while remaining hands‐on with delivery and team oversight Potential to transition to a full‐time appointment based on success This is a strategic but hands‐on role requiring a CTO with strong engineering roots, delivery focus, and stakeholder engagement capability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
