Department: Processing OperationsReports to: Machine LeadLocation: BYLDPro Processing CenterMachine: A, CEmployment Type: Full-Time, Non-ExemptRole PurposeThe Bundler is responsible for bundling, securing, and staging finished materials after machine processing to ensure safe handling, accurate identification, and readiness for outbound movement.Core Responsibilities Bundle processed components per standard workVerify all parts in each bundle by checking them off on the wall segment sticker as they are coming out of the machine to ensure accuracy and completenessAlert leadership of manufacturing non-conformities.Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Verify all parts in each bundle by checking them off on the wall segment sticker as they are coming out of the machine to ensure accuracy and completenessHandle all finished goods carefully to avoid damaged materialsCoordinate transportation/handling needs with leadership and forklift operations.Maintain and service the banding equipment as needed and communicate consumable needs to leadership.Does Not Own Inventory system transactionsForklift operationFinal quality dispositionRequired Qualifications Ability to read part numbersPhysical capability for repetitive liftingAttention to detail and quality handlingAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentEnsure aisles and picking paths are clear of obstructions, banding and debrisUse proper lifting techniques or request assistance for heavy or oversized materialsDo not overload tables or create unstable logistic packsWear required PPE at all times (Self provided: Safety toe boots; Company provided: High visibility vest, Gloves, Safety glasses and Hearing protection)Be aware of sharp edges, handle all steel with cautionEnsure that scrap materials are disposed of in a neat, orderly and tidy manner.COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Annual Salary commensurate with experienceDiscretionary Bonus potential/offeringCompetitive Benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage plans401(k) retirement savings programFlexible PTO program for optimal work-life balanceEmployee ReimbursablesNo visa sponsorship available.
