This Senior Director-level leadership role will define the future of how we leverage data science, machine learning, and graph intelligence to solve some of the industry's most complex identity, fraud, and compliance challengesThis is an opportunity to move beyond incremental model improvements and build the next generation of intelligent systems that power identity resolution, verification, risk assessment, and compliance at scale.As Head of Data Science, you will unify and drive the data science vision across three critical domains:Identity Graph & Entity ResolutionKYC / eKYC & Identity VerificationWatchlist Screening, AML & Compliance RiskYou will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and executive stakeholders to create a long-term roadmap that balances innovation, scalability, business impact, and operational excellence.What You'll DoDefine and Lead Data Science StrategyArchitect Next-Generation Intelligence SystemsDrive Innovation in Fraud, Identity, and RiskInfluence Cross-Functional OutcomesBuild High-Performing TeamsWhat We're Looking ForCommunication & LeadershipOutstanding ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment.Strong executive presence and strategic thinking capabilities.Technical ExpertiseDeep expertise in machine learning, large-scale data systems, and applied AI.Experience with graph technologies, entity resolution, network analysis, or graph neural networks.Strong understanding of model lifecycle management, experimentation frameworks, and production ML systems.Domain KnowledgeExperience in identity verification, fraud prevention, AML, compliance, risk, or related domains is highly desirable.Ability to rapidly learn and apply domain expertise in complex regulatory environments.
