Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations of assigned food locations within the park. This role ensures exceptional guest service, food quality, team leadership, and operational efficiency while maintaining Six Flags standards for safety, cleanliness, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementSupervise, train, and motivate food service team membersLead by example in delivering outstanding guest serviceAssist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coachingMonitor staff productivity and ensure compliance with company policiesOperations ManagementOversee daily stand operations including food prep, cooking, and serviceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsManage inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock controlMonitor food quality, portion control, and waste reductionHandle guest concerns promptly and professionallyFinancial OversightSupport revenue goals through upselling and efficiency initiativesMonitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracyAssist in controlling labor and food costsGuest ExperienceCreate a fun, energetic, and welcoming environmentResolve guest issues to ensure a positive park experienceMaintain high standards of cleanliness and presentationPrevious food service or hospitality supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of food safety regulationsFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
