This role is full-time, in-person, in San Francisco.Qualifications3+ years of software or firmware engineering experience.Strong systems programming fundamentals (C/C++, Rust, embedded systems, low-level debugging, RTOS, BLE, device communication stacks, etc.).Experience building complex technical products end-to-end, ideally across hardware and software boundaries.Strong product intuition and ability to make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs in fast-moving environments.Comfortable working close to hardware, debugging real devices, and shipping production systems under tight iteration cycles.These might make you a great fit:Experience with wireless protocols, embedded Linux, microcontrollers, sensors, audio pipelines, power optimization, or real-time systems is a major plus.Prior experience at an early-stage startup, ideally as a Founding or early engineer, is a strong plus.Prior experience building consumer hardware products is a strong plus.
