Part Time Key Holder-Evenings and Weekends

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor, supporting store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a key holder, you will be empowered to close the store, manage daily tasks, and lead by example in delivering outstanding service. Evenings and weekend availability is required Responsibilities Close the store confidently, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed Assist customers with product inquiries, sales transactions, and resolving issues with professionalism Manage inventory control through stocking, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management systems Support team members by supervising daily operations, including cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cash handling Lead small team initiatives such as training & development, employee orientation, and shift management Assist with recruiting efforts by onboarding new employees Maintain store appearance through merchandising standards and organized stocking to enhance customer shopping experience Skills Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles Customer service expertise with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills to oversee stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness Join us as a Part Time Key Holder to make a tangible impact on our store’s success!
