RE/MAX Lighthouse is seeking to hire MULTIPLE real estate agents...just in time to participate in the Utah Parade of Homes. This is a HUGE OPPORTUNITY to generate buyer/seller leads and be part of a great team that is growing rapidly.

As a RE/MAX Lighthouse real estate agent, you will:
· Apply the latest best practices for acquiring customers by leveraging proven methods through the RE/MAX global agent community (this is not your mom and pop’s brokerage where you make hundreds of calls a day or hang door knockers).
· Network, build/maintain relationships and provide exceptional service to more affluent clients interested in buying or selling high-end properties.
· Serve as your clients’ go-to resource for Utah real estate market.
· Develop property listings by establishing connections and engaging potential sellers through various channels.
· Conduct thorough property evaluations, recommend enhancements for improved property value and collaborate with customers to set the price strategy.
· Market the property leveraging various channels beyond MLS listings to drive demand.
· Understand buyers' needs, identify and research properties, align them with suitable listings, present offers, lead negotiations, recommend adjustments, and help the client through closing.
· Actively contribute to the growth of RE/MAX Lighthouse by participating in professional and community organizations, broadening your expertise and network.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and property dynamics by researching listings, visiting properties, actively participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining extensive personal and professional networks.
· Participate in lead generation events hosted by RE/MAX Lighthouse
Skills/Qualifications:
· Strong communications skills, proactive mindset, understanding social cues, high integrity, negotiations, active listening and problem solving skills, strong work ethics, self-motivation
· Exude poise and a professional, polished image as an ambassador of the company.
· Be a self-starter who is energetic and motivated to learn and understand market trends
· At least 1 year of real estate sales experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
