Safe and friendly environment with great schools and various community activities.Healthcare Organization: An integrated health system serving patients in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.Opportunity: Elder Care Physician*Full-time permanent position*Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits*Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation*Board Certified/Eligible geriatrician or Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experienceCompensation: Very competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits.Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
