Responsibilities: Assemble electrical cables according to schematics and specifications. Utilize surface mount technology and soldering techniques to ensure precise connections. Follow manufacturing guidelines to maintain high quality and efficiency. Use hand and power tools for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires. Test assembled cables with ohmmeters and other tools to verify functionality. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards. Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble production components using drawings, pick tickets, process documentation, and verbal instructions. Requirements: Onsite testing required 4+ years of experience as an electrical manufacturing assembler Strong knowledge of AC/DC Circuit Theory Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings Proficient in using Digital Multimeters and OHM Meters Strong of shop math skills Advanced assembly skills and electrical aptitude Proficient in using basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers) Able to perform repetitive tasks involving hand tools (e.g., twisting, turning, pushing, pulling) Ability to use computers and web-based systems for data entry and manufacturing software Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolution Eagerness to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Electronic Assembly: 3 years (Required) Reading schematics: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
