They are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate$18/hrPosition OverviewThe Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. The Patient Care Coordinator will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. This will be Monday – Friday from 8:30-5.Responsibilities Of The Patient Care CoordinatorWork with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentationMaintain office inventory levelsGreet patients and ensure they are checked in properlySchedule upcoming appointments and notify patients of any cancellationsReport directly into the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experienceQualifications For The Patient Care CoordinatorMulti-tasker and must be able to work well under high pressurePrior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desiredExcellent communication skills – both verbally and writtenFriendly and approachable demeanor is a mustEducation RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED is requiredAssociates or Bachelor’s degree is preferredBenefitsAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
