Senior Trading Systems Developer (C#/.NET)

Build and own C#/.NET systems used daily by traders and portfolio managers.Hands on exposure to OMS, trading workflows, and investment decision support.About Our ClientThe company is a well established investment managemenet firm in New York, NY.This role is on site 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday.Job DescriptionDesign, build, and deliver mission-critical C#/.NET applications that support front-office trading and order management workflows.Operate and enhance OMS-integrated systems used by traders, portfolio managers, compliance, and investment operations.Drive requirements gathering and solution design, working directly with front-office stakeholders to translate business needs into software.Manage application performance, stability, and incident response, quickly diagnosing and resolving trading-related issues in production.Create and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and mentoring junior developers while owning delivery end to end.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
