Taxi Cab Driver

Job Overview We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to passengers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a thorough understanding of local routes, and the ability to interact positively with clients. Pay is based on a percentage of fares and You keep 100% of tips! Must have a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and random drug testing Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections and maintenance checks. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed. Navigate efficiently using GPS systems and local knowledge to avoid traffic delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring passenger safety at all times. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional during all interactions. Handle payment transactions accurately and provide receipts when necessary. Report any incidents or accidents to management promptly. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. Previous experience as a taxi driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or in paratransit services is highly desirable. Familiarity with limousine services is a plus. Strong knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
