As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing parts for various HVAC and boiler equipment, assisting customers with their parts inquiries, and managing inventory for the department. Your expertise will be vital in providing accurate information on parts availability, compatibility, and pricing. Additionally, you will handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure that parts are delivered promptly.
