Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fairfield, NJ for a Field Surveyor or CAD Operator. Responsibilities for the Field Surveyor include conducting field surveys, operating surveying equipment, and collecting precise data for various projects. The CAD Operator will focus on drafting and creating detailed drawings from survey data using CAD software. Duties may also involve supporting project teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Qualifications Surveying skills, including field measurements, data collection, and operation of surveying equipmentProficiency in CAD software for drafting and design tasks, with attention to detailStrong knowledge of technical drawing standards and ability to interpret topographic and survey plansUnderstanding of environmental compliance and land development projects is a plusStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently in on-site environments and adapt to dynamic project requirementsRelevant certification or degree in surveying, drafting, or related fields is preferredPrevious experience in land surveying or CAD operations is beneficial
