Accolades include Advertising Age Silver Award for Agency Culture, Advertising Age Southeast Small Agency of the Year and Modern Healthcare Agency of the Year.Operating as the creative studio for the DG Media Network (DGMN), we build and traffic advertising units and maintain close relationships with top brands on behalf of DGMN. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining relationships with the DGMN Operations team, brand and media teams, and our internal creative team to assure flawless communication and execution of DGMN advertising.Some key duties include:Monitor, review, update and gain approval of all brand projects. This includes moving projects to our internal review/QA team to ensure they are following brand guidelinesAssure project changes or approved projects are addressed quickly with brand teams, thus maintaining exemplary communicationTraffic approved filesManage, utilize and monitor project monday.com board(s) for multiple monthly projectsEnsures smooth operation of these boards, such as workflows, automations, processes, etc.Ensures Ziflow is working smoothly – workflows, Zibot automations, Creative Intake form, etc.Meet with tech partners to provide the team with the most recent updates.Manage monthly billing and reconciliation for internal and client reviewRequirements:2-3 years advertising agency account management, particularly with retail clients and understanding the speed at which retail moves;And/or:2-3 years brand project or operational management of product advertising;And/or:2-3 years media operations project managementIdeal candidates will be tech savvy and unphased by technology enhancements, while being willing to suggest improvements in collaboration with our technology team.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Life and Supplemental Insurance401k with 50% matchPaid vacationOngoing training opportunitiesCompetitive Family & Medical leave policies10 paid holidays
