National Transportation and Logistics firm hiring a new team member for high growth potential role onsite in Montebello, California! Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm great shift! $20.00 per hour to start with benefits The position of Customer Service Representative will have primary responsibility to provide high-level support by assisting customers, both internal and external, and providing accurate data entered in all necessary systems.Must Haves:2 plus years of Administrative and Customer/Vendor support in a fast-paced environmentStrong Typing/Data entry skills with 10KeyMicrosoft Outlook and Excel proficient a mustTransportation/Freight/Logistics experience a plus!·Monitor customer emails·Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department·Assist customers with freight updates·Reporting for customers·Confirming destination and bill-to information·Documentation reporting for all customers (DO/BL) Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Manage heavy call and email volume in a professional and timely mannerAdminister elevated service programs including customer reporting and communication processes for specific customersAssists internal and external customers with information or document requestsPartners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectationsAssists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for customersOperates inventory control, word processing, and spreadsheet applications for customersGenerates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes·
