The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about promoting excellence in clinical practice.Provide clinical support, education, and guidance to nursing staffIdentify training and educational needs within the teamDevelop and deliver in-service programs; coordinate and track completionPlan and implement orientation and mentorship programs for all nursing employees, including EMR trainingMaintain accurate in-service and educational recordsPlan, develop, implement, and evaluate the facility's Infection Control ProgramMaintain an up-to-date reference library of infection control resourcesConduct regular rounds to monitor infection control practices and environmental sanitationPrepare monthly infection control summaries, including case findings, corrective actions, and outcomesReport all required communicable diseases to county and state health authoritiesWeekly PayPTOHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceA fun, friendly, and safe work environmentAmazing & Supportive Leadership Team
