Property DescriptionWild Spring Dunes will be a premier public golf resort and refuge where world-class golf meets unparalleled accommodations and homesites. Featuring two expertly routed courses with plans for a short course and practice center, our resort offers a diverse and comprehensive golfing experience. Wild Spring Dunes is located in historic East Texas, two hours from both Dallas and Houston and 25 minutes from nearby Nacogdoches.Position SummaryAt Wild Spring Dunes, shuttle drivers transport guests to and from various locations throughout the resort property. You'll help guests with directions, answer their questions, and provide clear information about destinations on the property. Shuttle drivers maintain a strong knowledge of Wild Spring Dunes, the resort amenities and features, as well as the surrounding area within a 50-mile radius.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesTransport guests to and from predetermined locations throughout the propertyAssist guests in loading and unloading luggage and golf equipment from the shuttleMaintain knowledgeable conversation with guests and assist them with directionsAnswer guests' questions in a friendly and helpful mannerMaintain constant communication with the dispatcher or managerPerform regular checks on the shuttle vehicle before and after each day's serviceComplete repair of minor issues and report major problems, accidents, or damage to the vehicle to the dispatcher or managerFollow all traffic rules and regulations while operating the shuttleDress in a neat and professional manner adhering to the uniform guidelinesProvide exceptional customer service to effectively connect with guestsInteract with guests in a friendly and professional manner at all timesQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills with ability to maintain meaningful conversation with guests while remaining calm and willing to help at all timesAbility to work in a highly demanding environment and prioritize effectively while maintaining composureValid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company safety standardsPrevious experience operating shuttles or similar vehicles preferredStrong knowledge of traffic rules and regulationsWillingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, festive periods, and early evening hoursBasic math skills for proper documentation of work detailsIn addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.About Dream GolfDream Golf is a growing collection of golf destinations developed and operated by the Keiser family.
