Founding Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll craft high-performance, visually striking applications driving the next generation of agentic platforms.What You’ll DoDevelop and polish exceptional user interfaces from conceptual wireframes.Leverage advanced CSS skills to achieve pixel-perfect, sophisticated user experiences.Optimize front-end code to ensure smooth and responsive interactions.Work closely with design and engineering to bring ideas to life with precision and speed.Contribute to our product’s core architecture and front-end best practices.Who You Are‍Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or SASS/SCSS, delivering refined, polished, and visually sharp UIs.Proven ability to architect and scale complex Next.js applications, leveraging features like App Router, SSR, SSG, and ISR.Familiarity with fetch management libraries like react-query or similar.Hands-on experience with CSS animations, transitions, and layout techniques to create smooth, engaging interfaces.A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work.A keen eye for design, detail, and user experience, ensuring seamless interactions.Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment, iterating quickly on new ideas.Compensation Range: $150K - $250K
