This is a fully remote role where we are looking for relevant experience with CyberArk, Delinea or BeyondTrust. CyberArk HIGHLY preferred.The Managing Security Consultant - PAM serves as the primary technical liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer relationship management to drive value and ensure customer success. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & OversightProvide technical guidance and oversight for CyberArk implementations and deploymentsArchitect and design CyberArk solutions aligned with customer security requirementsLead technical discovery sessions and assess customer environmentsDevelop implementation roadmaps and technical project plansEnsure adherence to CyberArk best practices and industry standardsCustomer Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as primary technical point of contact for assigned accountsConduct regular business reviews and health checks with customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and technical teamsUnderstand customer business objectives and align CyberArk capabilities accordinglyProactively identify opportunities for solution optimization and expansionImplementation & SupportOversee CyberArk vault architecture, deployment, and configurationGuide integration with enterprise systems (Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems, etc.)Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutionProvide Level 3 technical support and escalation managementDevelop and deliver knowledge transfer sessions and trainingTeam Management & CoordinationManage and mentor CyberArk technical team membersCoordinate resources across implementation projectsFacilitate collaboration between internal teams and customer stakeholdersConduct performance reviews and provide technical coachingDocumentation & ReportingCreate and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooksProvide regular status reports and executive summariesDocument lessons learned and contributed to knowledge baseTrack and report on key performance metrics and SLAsRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills8+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutionsDeep knowledge of CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, EPMExperience with CyberArk architecture, installation, configuration, and administrationStrong understanding of privileged access security concepts and best practicesProficiency in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systemsKnowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocolsFamiliarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)Experience with LDAP/Active Directory integrationCertifications (Preferred)CyberArk Certified Trustee (CDE, PSE, or Sentry)CyberArk Certified Delivery EngineerCISSP, CISM, or related security certificationsProfessional Experience3+ years in customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Architect, Consultant)Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationshipsExperience managing technical teams or projectsBackground in identity and access management (IAM) or security solutionsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with consulting approachAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProject management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWe use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Zoom Scheduler for HR screen request scheduling.
