Opportunity We are seeking a manager to support and contribute to our Custom Client Analytics (CCA) solutions team. Reporting to the Director of the CCA consulting practice within Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence team, you will play a key role in executing the vision for how data transforms into actionable business strategies. As a hands‑on leader, you will collaborate with a team of analysts and consultants, manage client engagements for the world’s leading brands, and contribute to the development of innovative analytical solutions for senior client stakeholders. What you'll do Lead and contribute to the delivery of client projects and engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights and recommendations that align with client objectives. Collaborate with senior marketing executives and other stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where advanced analytics can provide value. Develop and implement analytical frameworks, measurement strategies, and reporting solutions to support clients' business goals. Assist in executing the strategic vision for the CCA consulting practice, including supporting service offerings, methodologies, and growth initiatives. Mentor analysts and consultants, providing training, guidance, and fostering a collaborative culture of analytical excellence. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the evolution of the team’s analytical approaches. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on digital commerce and analytics strategies. Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content to support the team’s perspective on retail media, analytics, and industry trends. Who you are Proficiency in data analysis and SQL for data manipulation along with a strong understanding of enterprise analytics tools. Proven skills in translating business challenges into actionable analytical solutions. Experience in working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to present insights and influence decision‑making. Proficiency in Business Intelligence visualization platforms; PowerBI experience preferred. Solid expertise in retail media, digital commerce strategies, and marketing analytics. Foundation in analytics methodologies, including predictive modelling, marketing measurement, and reporting strategies. Experience with data clean room environments, retail media platforms, and data integration. Experience in or digital commerce. Familiarity with the digital retail ecosystem and the dynamics between manufacturers and retailers. Ability to stay adaptable and drive results in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Salary Range: $80,000 USD – $90,000 USD Interview Process Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role‑specific questions during this call. After the interview, you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments such as a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise, depending on the role.
