Dining Room Server/Dietary HelperRiverway Assisted Living is looking for a motivated, friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as our new dining room servers/dietary helpers. This is a part time position, 3:30-7pm daily.We are looking for someone to serve meals to residents and prepare and clean the dining room before and after meals. This position requires a love for the elderly as well as a kind and compassionate attitude.Responsibilities:Serve meals to the elderly in the communityCleaning and maintaining food service areasAssisting the dietary supervisor in maintaining inventory control.Requirements:Be able to handle stressful situationsBe flexible and accommodating with hours and our residents.Communicate effectively with supervisor, coworkers, families and residentsGood time managementCurrent food handlers permitPossess a love for the elderly and have a kind and compassionate attitude.Background check and TB tests are required by employer upon hire.
