This role plays a key part in improving the consistency, accuracy, and availability of sales data while translating business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, partnering cross‑functionally, and contributing directly to business decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.Key Responsibilities for the Sales AnalystPartner with Sales and Commercial leaders to understand reporting and analytics needsDevelop, maintain, and standardize sales reports and dashboards aligned with business prioritiesDeliver accurate and timely standard and ad‑hoc sales reporting and analysisAnalyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and outliers, and provide clear explanations and insightsRespond to field inquiries related to sales performance metrics, historical trends, and account‑ or product‑level dataMaintain and update healthcare facility affiliations (e.g., acute care, long‑term care, government) and align them to parent organizations such as IDNs and GPOsDocument reporting processes and support consistent reporting best practices across the sales organizationPartner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to understand data sources and improve reporting qualityParticipate in process improvement initiatives to support efficiency and profitabilityPresent reporting insights and recommendations to leadership as neededAssist with training and support of end users on reporting tools and dashboardsQualifications For The Sales AnalystBachelor’s degree required2–3 years of experience in sales reporting, finance, sales support, or data analysisStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, working with large datasets)Experience working with ERP systems and reporting databasesExperience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus (Power BI preferred)Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environmentComfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team settingHealthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus, but not requiredProactive, hands‑on mindset with a positive, service‑oriented approach
