Find your future with us.ROLE OVERVIEWBoeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain Functional Excellence Operations team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) in Everett, Washington to support ongoing system enhancements and post-implementation activities for the CLM Systems Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and brings a strong customer service mindset to complex system and process improvements.You will play a key role in managing change requests, supporting system migrations (including PATS), and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions-while working closely with Boeing IT and the contracts and negotiation teams to support business process alignment. This role will also serve as a CLM system super user, helping drive adoption, testing, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Model and promote Boeing's values and behaviors: respect the business process owners, internal team members, and Boeing IT to align system capabilities with contracting workflows and requirementsServe as a CLM system super user, developing deep system expertise to support users, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoptionSupport and participate in system testing activities (UAT, validation, defect tracking), ensuring enhancements meet business needsContribute to new system enhancements, including requirement validation, testing, and feedback to improve functionality and user experienceProvide regular program and project status updates to management and stakeholdersSupport post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement effortsManage new system enhancement change process, including requirement validation, testing, management approval processes, and feedback to improve functionality and user adoption experienceDevelop a strong working knowledge of the CLM system and related processesDeliver a high level of customer service, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed effectivelyBecome a CLM system Super User, developing deep system expertise to support users, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoptionSupport and participate in system testing activities (UAT, validation, etc) ensuring enhancements meet customer and business needsContribute to a positive, collaborative team program management best practices, including stakeholder management, data driven decision making with an eye toward scalability and repeatable executionPreferred Qualifications (Level 4):Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)3+ years of experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems or similar enterprise platformsBackground in Boeing contracts, legal operations, procurement, or negotiation processesExperience supporting system implementations or post-go-live stabilization effortsFamiliarity with data migration or system transition projects (e.g., PATS or
