The Entry-Level Representative also engages customers in person and helps them discover how Verizon can support their daily lives. As an Entry-Level Representative, you’ll help customers make smarter choices about their Verizon wireless needs without making the process complicated. The Entry-Level Representative will then discuss smartphone preferences, data usage, account updates, and everyday mobile needs in a clear, approachable way, in person. *Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Representative* * Engage customers in person to discuss Verizon’s smartphone options, helping them choose devices that meet their needs and driving sales growth. * Drive sales by recommending data plans that deliver the best everyday value in person, ensuring customers are confident in their selections. * Offer tailored mobile solutions in person, such as shared data or international options, to boost sales and enhance their connectivity. * Assist with account management, ensuring customers can easily update their services while identifying opportunities for sales expansions. * Emphasize Verizon’s network strengths, focusing on reliability and coverage as key sales drivers to attract and retain customers. * Collaborate with Entry-Level Representatives to ensure customers are informed about the latest Verizon offers and to align recommendations with sales targets. *Qualifications of the Entry-Level Representative* * A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. * Experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus. * Confident people person who enjoys customer engagement and sales. * Attentive listener who connects customer priorities with relevant Verizon options. * Clear communicator who makes wireless choices easy to understand.
