Automotive Sales Manager

Portland area dealership looking for a qualified Sales Manager! As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the overall successful operation of the Sales department and hitting sales objectives. You will manage, train and direct a team of Sales Representatives and lead your sales management team with a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity and accountability. DUTIES: Drive sales! Possess a proven track record of success as a General Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership. Train and build a strong, high performing sales team. Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores. Assist sales team with customer interactions. Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude! REQUIREMENTS: At least 3+ years General Sales Manager/Sales Desk Manager in a high-volume automotive, powersports, RV, or marine dealership. Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results. Team-oriented.
