Licensed Counselor
Summary
Highlife Recovery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed counselor to join our Tiffin outpatient treatment team. The ideal candidate is committed to high quality clinical care, ethical practice, and supporting individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment focused on client progress and long term stability.
Qualifications
Active Ohio licensure required. Accepted credentials include LCDCII, LCDCIII, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or higher
Experience providing individual and group counseling services
Strong understanding of evidence based practices in SUD and mental health treatment
Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards
Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy for clients enrolled in SUD and mental health treatment
Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation
Maintain an organized caseload and support clients in meeting treatment goals
Utilize evidence based approaches to provide client centered, trauma informed care
Coordinate with case management, medical, and administrative teams as needed
Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and continuing education activities
Schedule and Compensation
Full time or part time schedules available
