This rare sales position is a fantastic opportunity for a person with strong drive and commitment to excellence.This is a true outside sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, opening new accounts, and developing relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other commercial customers. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, hungry, tenacious, relentless, enjoys the challenge of winning business face-to-face and uses rejection as fuel to close the next prospect on the list.What you’ll doProspect and develop new business throughout your territory.Build relationships with contractors, landscapers, and commercial decision-makers.Visit prospects and customers in the field to identify opportunities.Manage your sales pipeline and CRM (Hubspot) and follow up consistently.Close new business and grow long-term accounts.What we’re looking for1–5 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or strong customer-facing sales experienceConfidence with cold outreach, relationship-building, and closingStrong communication skills, and most importantly the ability to truly listen and hear your prospects’ needs, wants, and points of pain.Strong organizational skills, accountability, and positivityThe ability to work independently, the desire and willingness to receive coaching, and the openness to learn new skills and processes.Experience in landscape, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus.What we offerBase salary + uncapped commissionRealistic first-year earnings of $75,000–$125,000+Strong upside for top performersOpportunity to build your own territory and book of business.Field-based role with autonomy and earning potential.Day travel onlyHealth insurancePTO401(k)This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to be out in the market, creating opportunities, and directly influencing the success of their own destiny by working smart and working hard.
