Drywall and Framing Estimator We are hiring a Mid to Senior Level Project Estimator with some light project management duties. We are seeking a true leader responsible for seeking new work, maintaining current clients and estimating all new project, and change orders throughout a project. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for the right candidate with experience in… · Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Construction management degree, engineering or equivalent experience. · A strong background in construction, with 5 years minimum experience as a framing and drywall estimator is required. · Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability to present estimating/project information to peers, management and clients. · Working closely with ownership on high-level business initiatives, strategies, demands, and processes. · Intelligent contract and change order negotiations. · Strong team leadership, coaching, mentorship, and personal/professional development. · Proficiency in construction estimating software's (OST, QuickBid, Planswift, etc), Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, and Scheduling Software (MS Project, Primavera) SALARY The approximate and expected annual compensation range for this role, depending on sales and results, is $80,000 - $120,000.
