HR Generalist

Location: Chicago, IL 60651 (Onsite)Contract-to-hirePay: $21-$23/hourINSPRY Solutions has teamed up with a large non-profit organization located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago who is in search of an HR Generalist. Please note that this role will be fully onsite and operate Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pmJob Responsibilities: Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experienceServe as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and proceduresMaintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsSupport performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plansCoordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiriesMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS dataAssist with payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee data reportingSupport organizational initiatives such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and employee engagement programsQualifications:Must have at least 2+ years of HR Generalist experienceNon-profit exeprience is preferredMust be strong with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be comfortable with a contract-to-hire positionMust be comfortable working onsite 5 days/weekAbout INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
