Our team is committed to helping clients recover the compensation they deserve while providing compassionate, personalized service during difficult times.As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position located in the Greater Houston area.The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation, from filing suit through trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing a busy litigation docket in a fast-paced law firm environment.ResponsibilitiesDraft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documentsManage litigation deadlines, court settings, hearings, depositions, and trial calendarsPrepare and respond to written discoveryReview and summarize medical records, billing records, discovery responses, and case materialsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, experts, providers, and other partiesCoordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparationAssist attorneys with case strategy, document organization, and trial bindersMaintain accurate case information in the firm’s case management systemEnsure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and deadlinesQualificationsPrior litigation paralegal experience requiredPersonal injury litigation experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and deadlinesExperience drafting pleadings, discovery, and litigation correspondenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlinesProficiency with e-filing systems and legal softwareExperience with Filevine, Lead Docket, or similar case management software is a plusBilingual English/Spanish is a plusParalegal certificate, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationHealth benefitsPaid time offSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancement
