Role: ServiceNow ITSM DeveloperLocation: Washington DC - RemoteRate: $60-70/hour W2We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to support and enhance a highly customized ServiceNow environment used to manage satellite assets, regulatory workflows, and operational processes. This role will focus on building custom modules, improving automation, and modernizing an existing ServiceNow platform that supports mission-critical asset tracking.You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design solutions, configure workflows, and ensure satellite asset data is accurately tracked across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom ServiceNow ITSM modules and applicationsConfigure workflows, automation, and integrations using Flow DesignerExtend the CMDB and ITAM to manage satellite assets and related dataModernize and enhance an existing ServiceNow platform that has not been updated in several yearsSupport lifecycle tracking, asset management, and incident workflowsCollaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutionsQualificationsStrong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITSM)Experience building custom ServiceNow applications or modulesKnowledge of CMDB, ITAM, and workflow automationAbility to work within complex enterprise ServiceNow environments
