This firm is known for its strong results, ethical advocacy, and collaborative trial-focused environment.This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to further develop litigation skills while working closely with experienced trial counsel on a diverse caseload.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a volume of personal injury cases with guidance from a Senior Trial AttorneyConduct legal research and draft law and motion papers, including:Motions for Summary JudgmentDemurrersDiscovery-related motionsTake and defend depositions (plaintiffs, experts, fact witnesses, etc.)Represent clients in matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury claimsDraft complaints ranging from straightforward motor vehicle cases to more complex premises and assault mattersPropound and respond to written discoveryAssist with trial preparation, including:Motions in LimineJury instructionsSpecial verdict formsTrial support materialsQualificationsLicensed and in good standing with the California State BarMinimum of 1 year of litigation experienceAdmitted to the California Bar for at least 1 yearStrong familiarity with litigation procedures and deadlinesExcellent legal research and writing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentHighly organized with strong time management and communication skillsTeam‐oriented and comfortable collaborating with attorneys and paralegalsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DCCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($100,000–$120,000 DOE)Opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial attorneysLong‐term growth potential with a respected plaintiff‐side firmIf you're a motivated PI litigation attorney seeking hands‐on experience, mentorship, and career growth, this role is worth exploring.
