Lead Electrical Engineer

Overview As an Electrical Engineer in Textron Systems’ Sea Systems, you contribute to autonomous surface vehicle programs, focusing on electrical and communications systems, integration, and testing. You work within cross-functional teams to advance unmanned platforms and disruptive autonomy technologies that enhance mission capability. The role supports concept development, detailed design, and field testing, with opportunities to lead design efforts. This position offers impact across research, development, and production support in a defense-focused environment.
