About the job Service Coordinator - Little Rock, AR - Overhead Industrial Crane & Hoist Position SummaryThe Service Coordinator supports field service operations by scheduling service technicians, coordinating customer service requests, and managing service work orders. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch service technicians for inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service callsCoordinate technician schedules based on availability, skill set, location, and job priorityCommunicate schedules, changes, and updates to technicians and customersReceive and process incoming service requests via phone and emailCreate, update, and close service work orders with accurate documentationTrack open service calls and follow up to ensure timely completionSupport billing accuracy by confirming labor hours and service detailsMaintain clear communication with service management, technicians, and customersQualificationsExperience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailClear and professional communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a service-driven environmentBasic computer proficiency, including scheduling and service systemsReliable, dependable, and team-orientedPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting field service techniciansFamiliarity with industrial, construction, crane, or heavy equipment environmentsExperience using service or dispatch softwareWork EnvironmentOffice-based position with frequent phone and computer useOccasional overtime may be required to support service needsEqual Employment Opportunity
