Full Stack Developer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer (Frontend Specialty) to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications that enhance the experience of thousands of users. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions using modern development practices and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Azure, along with expertise in RESTful API development, cloud-based solutions, and CI/CD pipelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys building user-centric applications while contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle. *Minimum Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and modern web applications using Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. * Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core and C#. * Build and integrate applications with SQL Server databases and Microsoft Azure cloud services. * Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product demonstrations. * Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and promote software engineering best practices. * Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability using modern development standards. * Support CI/CD processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment automation and development workflows. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality software delivery. *Experience & Qualifications* * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience. * At least 3 years of experience developing frontend applications with Vue.js (or comparable frameworks such as React or Angular) and backend applications using .NET Core/C#. * Strong experience with SQL Server, RESTful API development, Git version control, and CI/CD practices. * Experience working with Microsoft Azure services is preferred. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. * Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in *Caguas, Puerto Rico.* *Why Join Us?* Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation!
