Position Overview We are hiring Remote Full-Cycle Insurance Sales Representatives to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement.
This is a performance-driven, remote sales role where you will:
Speak with clients
Identify needs
Present tailored insurance solutions
Close policies

What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound leads (depending on campaign structure)
Conduct needs-based consultations with clients via phone or virtual meetings

Lead → Consultation → Presentation → Close
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects
Stay compliant with all carrier and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For Strong communication and closing ability
Experience in insurance, financial services, or phone sales (preferred)
Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely
Organized and able to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation

Compensation & Earnings 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)
High earning potential based on production and consistency
Typical earnings in the first 36 months: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually
